The event is open only to veterinary professionals.

Programme Changes
Neither the organizer nor the congress secretariat accept any liability caused by program changes. No (partial) refund of paid registration fees will be made in the case of program changes, cancellation of lectures or replacement of speakers. The organizer reserves the right to run seminars with a minimum number of participants only. Seminars have a limited number of participants.


Disclaimer
The organizers do not accept any liability for medical, personal or travel insurance; participants are advised to make their own arrangements for insurance. All guests participate at their own risk.
The participant acknowledges by his registration that neither the organizer nor the congress secretariat can be held responsible in case the realization of the conference or parts of it is hindered or made impossible by unforeseen political or economic events or an act of God.

For cancellations received by 19 September, the registration fee will be reimbursed minus a handling fee of 50 Euro of fees paid. No reimbursement is possible after that date.


Picture / Sound / Video Recording
The scientific lectures are subject to copyright. It is therefore prohibited to make any picture, sound or video recording. The participant allows the organizer to make picture, sound or video recording of him during the event and without any compensation. These recordings may be used unrestrictedly in time, place or content in all audiovisual media; the organizer is particularly allowed to copy, spread, edit, publish or send them.
